I haven’t used Google Sheets in the past few years, but I will say that it has become much more feature-packed and gives Excel a run for its money, and if used smartly, could be a free alternative to a much more expensive program like Tableau or Power BI. In just about 90 seconds, I made this geography chart of the number of people in each US state with the last name ‘Rutledge’.
(Maybe it’s time that I get a corporate job again, because this kind of stuff is fun to me!)
